Whether it’s getting the family together for a meal, catching up with work colleagues or just enjoying a day out with friends and family Chives Bistro at the Cardinia Club is perfect place to dine.
The new menu features fresh and lighter meal options, as well as old time favourites and a selection of modern dishes. A wine list showcasing a wide variety of wines is available to complement the menu and is guaranteed to tempt your pallet. Feel free to ask our friendly staff for a taste of any of the wines sold by the glass to help make your choice a little easier. Also new to Chives bistro is the breakfast menu available every Saturday and Sunday.
Bookings for the bistro are essential for weekends, public holiday and all race days.
