| Third Chef - Full Time |
The Cardinia Club is seeking an experienced/recently qualified Chef to join the kitchen team. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years cooking experience, be a hands-on budding leader with a positive attitude. You will be assisting the Head Chef and Second Chef in the kitchen operations. At times you will be required to take additional responsibilities and assist the Second Chef for the smooth running of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
We are seeking an individual who is:
Passionate about cookery & modern food
Willing to learn
Hard working and reliable
Keen to work with a busy, dynamic and experienced kitchen team
Ready to show a high degree of enthusiasm for working in a fast paced environment
Must be able to work split shifts, nights and weekends
Thorough understanding of the food safety regulations and workplace health and safety requirements
